Step 03
Every board. One click.
LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Dice, Wellfound and hundreds more. All in one search. Duplicates removed. Ghost jobs flagged. No more tab-switching between job sites.
Step 3
Querying 4 sources...
How scanning works
When you run a search, ShouldApply queries four sources at the same time. One of them is an aggregator, which is why a single search comes back with listings that started life on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Dice, Wellfound and hundreds of smaller boards. You can watch results come in live as each source responds.
- Parallel scanning: All four sources are queried simultaneously. Total scan time is limited by the slowest one, not the sum of them.
- Deduplication: The same job posted on LinkedIn and Indeed shows up once, not twice. The engine matches by title, company, and location.
- Ghost job detection: Listings that have been up for 90+ days, have no activity, or show signs of being inactive get flagged before you waste time applying.
- Instant scoring: Every result is scored against your Skill DNA as it comes in. You see the score before you see the job description.
Boards we scan
Four sources are queried directly: JSearch, Wellfound, Remotive and Adzuna. JSearch is an aggregator, so what actually lands in your results is much wider than four. Listings in the pool today came from 432 distinct boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and SimplyHired among them. We name the four we query rather than the boards they reach, because the four are the part we control.
