When a role clears your minimum score, it drafts a tailored resume and cover letter, fills out the application form, takes verification screenshots, and puts the draft into your Approval Queue. Nothing is sent until you review and approve it.

You have full control. Every application waits in your Approval Queue until you sign off. You can check the fit score breakdown, read the cover letter, and view a screenshot of the filled form before approving or skipping.
